ولدت عام ١٩٧٠ في أنقرة. تخرجت من كلية طب الأسنان بجامعة أنقرة عام ١٩٩٢. في عام ١٩٩٣، بدأت مسيرتها المهنية في إدارة العيادة التي افتتحتها.
منذ تخرجها، شاركت في العديد من المؤتمرات والدورات التدريبية الوطنية والدولية. لقد شهدت عيادات طب الأسنان تطورًا ملحوظًا خلال السنوات العشر أو الخمس عشرة الماضية، كما هو الحال في العديد من القطاعات الأخرى.
يومًا بعد يوم، تتطور مواد جديدة، ومنتج جديد، وطريقة علاج جديدة. ولذلك، تكتسب الدراسات العليا أهمية بالغة. ولتحديث معارفها، ولتحقيق رؤية جديدة، حصلت على درجة الماجستير من قسم طب الأسنان التجميلي، كلية طب الأسنان بجامعة نيويورك، عام ٢٠١١-٢٠١٢. وكانت أطروحتها للماجستير حول "مواد الترابط".
نتيجة للدراسات التي قامت بها واستمرارها، تم الاعتراف بها كعضو في الأكاديمية الأوروبية لطب الأسنان التجميلي.
في الوقت نفسه، قُبلت في EAF وADA. أتاحت لها هذه الجمعيات والعضويات فرصة لقاء أطباء أسنان يقدمون تدريبًا بعد التخرج، وأتاحت لها فرصة العمل معًا.
لقد أدركت أهمية مساعد طبيب الأسنان، وكيف يُقدّم هؤلاء المساعدون الدعم في العيادات التي زارتها في الخارج، ونظّمت العديد من برامج تدريب مساعدي أطباء الأسنان خلال عامي ٢٠١٢ و٢٠١٣. وقد استفاد العديد من مساعدي أطباء الأسنان من هذه البرامج التدريبية.
لم يقتصر تعليم غوزين كيرصاجلي أوغلو في الدراسات العليا على طب الأسنان فحسب، بل تلقت أيضًا تدريبًا في القيادة والإدارة من برنامج "بول ماير"، وتدريبًا في البرمجة اللغوية العصبية، وتدريبًا في الحياة، والتواصل، والإدارة. وبفضل هذه التدريبات وخبرتها التي تمتد لـ 23 عامًا، تُدرّب غوزين أطباء الأسنان ومساعديهم على إدارة العيادات وبناء علاقة الطبيب بالمريض. كما قدمت تدريبًا في مجال مساعدة أطباء الأسنان بالتعاون مع معهد التعليم الطبي.
تعمل بنشاط من خلال مشاركتها في المنظمات غير الحكومية. وهي عضو فاعل في جمعية كاغيدر، وجمعية كايسدر، وجمعية ريادة الأعمال والحوكمة الشابة.
كتبت في العديد من المجلات والصحف في مجال طب الأسنان والتواصل، وشاركت أيضًا في برامج تلفزيونية. تُقدم حاليًا خدماتها في العديد من الفروع، وخاصةً في طب الأسنان التجميلي وعلاجات زراعة الأسنان، مع فريقها في عيادتها المكونة من أربع وحدات.

My teacher Guzin is the best and the most wonderful dentist to go to in Ankara.. I had aesthetic fillings in my front four teeth in 2016. He said it would go away for 2 years. I have been using it top to bottom for 6 years and it has not broken down like the first day. I went again today and he made the best filling possible. He is very funny and very light in the hand. He also makes very aesthetic teeth. Do not think its expensive because of the parking rate, the prices seem very reasonable to me. IF YOU WANT MY TEETH TO BE VERY BEAUTIFUL, HEALTHY AND LAST WELL, this is the only address, my teacher, Güzin.
