ولدت الدكتورة أينور أوغور بيلجين عام 1971 وتخرجت من كلية الطب بجامعة أنقرة عام 1995. وأكملت تدريبها في الطب الباطني في كلية الطب بجامعة باسكنت عام 1999. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، أكملت تدريبها في التخصص الفرعي في أمراض الدم في كلية الطب بجامعة أكدنيز عام 2003.
عملت الأستاذة الدكتورة أينور أوغور بيلجين، زميلةً باحثةً، في كلية الطب بجامعة باسكنت، قسم الطب الباطني، من عام ١٩٩٥ إلى عام ١٩٩٩. ثم عملت زميلةً باحثةً في قسم أمراض الدم بكلية الطب بجامعة أكدنيز من عام ٢٠٠٠ إلى عام ٢٠٠٣. كما عملت زميلةً باحثةً زائرةً/مراقبةً سريريةً في معهد الخلايا الجذعية ووحدة زراعة نخاع العظم بجامعة مينيسوتا من يناير إلى يوليو ٢٠٠٤.
من عام ٢٠٠٥ إلى عام ٢٠٠٩، عملت الأستاذة الدكتورة أينور أوغور بيلجين طبيبةً أخصائيةً في قسم الطب الباطني وأمراض الدم بكلية الطب بجامعة أنقرة. ثم عملت كأستاذة مشاركة من عام ٢٠٠٩ إلى عام ٢٠١١. ثم عملت كأستاذة مشاركة في قسم الطب الباطني وأمراض الدم بكلية الطب بجامعة نجم الدين أربكان، ميرام، في الفترة من ٢٠١١ إلى ٢٠١٤. ثم عملت كأستاذة في قسم الطب الباطني وأمراض الدم بالجامعة نفسها، في الفترة من ٢٠١٤ إلى ٢٠١٥.
منذ عام 2015، يعمل الأستاذ الدكتور أينور أوغور بيلجين كأستاذ (أمراض الدم) في قسم أمراض الدم / وحدة زراعة الخلايا الجذعية في مستشفى أنقرة الخاص كورو.
تشمل اهتماماتها الطبية ما يلي:

- الخلايا الجذعية المتوسطة
- فصل كريات الدم البيضاء
- الطب التجديدي
- زراعة نخاع العظم (نخاع العظم المحيطي)

Every time we went to him and every time we called, he patiently taught us the same procedures one by one. He patiently helped me not to give up.
