From being picked up for your day off surgery, to being dropped off you are in the best of hands, and if that doesn’t put you at ease the massage before will, mines almost put me to sleep. After having come home now and reflecting back I would like to extend thanks to everyone that was involved, long hours and late nights were put in and I cannot explain how thankful I am for all the time that was put in and all the extra effort that was gone to. So to Medhat, Bartosz, Karolina, Paweł and Karolina thanks to you and Dr Hubert Trzepatowski and the entirety of your team I now have the smile that I have always wanted all thanks to you.
